This Privacy Policy explains how Cloud Data Hosting LLC ("Cloud Data Hosting," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and otherwise processes information through PaciTime, available at pacitime.snugglesmp.com.
PaciTime is a Twitch-integrated streaming utility providing timers, overlays, dashboards, and related functionality.
By using PaciTime, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you authenticate through Twitch, PaciTime receives information necessary to identify your Twitch account.
This may include:
We use this information to associate your PaciTime account, timer, overlay, settings, and team permissions with your Twitch account.
PaciTime receives OAuth credentials from Twitch, including:
These credentials allow PaciTime to communicate with Twitch APIs on your behalf within the permissions you authorize.
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
We do not receive or store your Twitch password.
PaciTime currently requests Twitch OAuth permissions necessary for features involving:
The specific permissions requested are displayed through Twitch's OAuth authorization process.
You may revoke PaciTime's access through your Twitch account.
We store settings you configure through PaciTime, which may include:
This information is necessary to provide your configured timer and overlay.
If you use PaciTime's team functionality, we may store information concerning team members, including:
This information is obtained through invitations and the invited user's acceptance of access.
PaciTime receives supported events from Twitch through Twitch's EventSub system.
For relevant timer events, we may store:
This information powers functionality including the timer and dashboard activity feed.
PaciTime does not collect Twitch chat content through this functionality.
When authorized users or team members make changes, PaciTime may record information including:
These logs are used for accountability, troubleshooting, security, and management of shared account access.
PaciTime uses a session cookie to keep authenticated users logged in.
The session may contain information necessary for authentication and authorization, such as:

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.
Twitch is the primary third-party service with which PaciTime interacts.
Twitch provides OAuth authentication and EventSub/API functionality.
Information processed by Twitch is subject to Twitch's own terms and privacy practices.
PaciTime is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Twitch Interactive, Inc.
Revoking PaciTime's authorization through Twitch may prevent PaciTime from receiving future Twitch data, but it does not necessarily delete information already stored by PaciTime.
Cloud Data Hosting LLC does not sell personal information collected through PaciTime.
We also do not operate PaciTime as a data-broker service or provide personal information to advertising networks for targeted advertising.
PaciTime is currently hosted on infrastructure operated directly by Cloud Data Hosting LLC.
We do not currently use third-party advertising networks or analytics providers for PaciTime.
We may nevertheless disclose information when reasonably necessary:
We may also process information through infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, domain, security, or other technical providers where necessary to operate an Internet-accessible service.
PaciTime generally retains account information and configuration data for as long as the associated PaciTime account exists or as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
Some information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for:

After verifying the request where reasonably necessary, we will process the request in accordance with applicable law.
Some information may be retained when necessary or permitted for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
Deleting your PaciTime information and revoking Twitch authorization are separate actions.
You can independently revoke PaciTime's Twitch access through your Twitch account settings.
PaciTime uses cookies necessary for authentication and session management.
These cookies allow the Service to recognize an authenticated session and determine the user's authorized access.
PaciTime does not currently use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.
Because the cookies currently used by PaciTime are necessary to provide authenticated functionality, disabling them may prevent the dashboard from functioning.
If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar tracking technologies in the future, we may implement additional consent controls where required by applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through PaciTime.
Measures include protections appropriate to the nature of the information, including encryption of Twitch OAuth tokens at rest.
However, no Internet service, network, server, database, or encryption system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their Twitch accounts, authenticated browser sessions, and private PaciTime access URLs or keys.
If you believe your PaciTime account or related credentials have been compromised, contact us.
